REALTORS - BE NOTICED OF THIS NEW SERVICE... List your properties for sale or for rent on ExpatBelize.Com
Lot of visitors and still low rates to advertise with us ;-)
Please visit our page at http://www.expatbelize.com/belize-real-estate.html with the followings:- showing all districts with a colored map of Belize,
- when you'll click on a district Name, you'll see a list of properties for sale and/or for rent in the district asked with title, location and price,
- when you'll click on a listing, you'll be redirect to a full detailed listing with direct contact to the Realtor. (We are not handling contacts and do not take commission. All prospects will contact you directly)
You'll just have to fill out the form available here and send us pictures for each property... We will create each listing for you.
What about costs?
1. Regular Listings: Up to 20 listings published: BZ$ 300.00 per year - Pack of 5 additional listings: BZ$ 65.00 per year
2. Featured Listings: Up to 10 listings published: BZ$ 300.00 per year - Pack of 5 additional listings: BZ$ 130.00 per year (*)
3. Premium Listings: Up to 10 listings published: BZ$ 500.00 per year - Pack of 5 additional listings: BZ$ 200.00 per year (**)(*) Featured listings will be showed with thumbnail in a different background color on all listing pages, on the right side.
(**) Premium listings will be showed as featured listings with the additional advantage to always be listed at the top of all other listings.Interested to be on the first ones to list properties with us?
